Our designers really wanted to capture the unique style and feel of Dr. Seuss with this costume hat. From the vibrant blue colors to the embroidered eyes on the top of the hat, every inch of this piece feels like a Dr. Seuss book come to life. The fabric is made out of soft materials and the sides of the hats have flaps shaped like fins that hang down over the ears.
Of course, the most amazing part about this hat is that it sprays water, just like a real fish. That's right! The front of the hat has a little nozzle in the front that can be used to spritz a little burst of water. It's the perfect choice for any mischievous reader trying to get ready for a Hats Off to Reading celebration!
