The pullover shirt boasts an attached red collar, decorative front buttons, and contrasting sleeve cuffs. But wait, there's more—those signature Popeye forearms! The costume has sleeve extensions, filled just enough to mimic those iconic muscular forearms, complete with the anchor "tattoo".
