With his signature zig-zag shorts, wild orange hair, and a constant stream of very reasonable concerns, he’s been the unofficial safety officer of the Rugrats crew since the ‘90s. And now your kid can suit up as the beloved, worry-prone best friend with this officially licensed Chuckie costume.
Design & Details
This four-piece costume is designed to mirror Chuckie’s look from the classic Nickelodeon series. The short-sleeved blue shirt features red trim at the collar and cuffs, and a big yellow-and-red planet printed across the front—because intergalactic fashion never goes out of style. The neon green shorts have an elastic waistband and a printed pattern that perfectly matches Chuckie’s on-screen ensemble.
The costume also comes with bright orange hair in the form of a synthetic wig that fits with an elastic cap to help keep it in place during candy-fueled chaos. Rounding out the look is a pair of purple, lens-free glasses that are lightweight and easy to wear—even for kids who don’t usually like accessories.
